1. The H&M gift card and H&M credit cards can be used in H&M stores and online at hm.com in the country where the card was purchased or where the H&M credit card was issued. The H&M Gift Card and H&M Credit Card can be used to pay for the full or partial value of the selected goods. If the H&M Gift Card or H&M Credit Card does not cover your online purchase in full, you may use another payment method to complete your purchase.  The current balance of your H&M gift card will always be shown on the receipt. In addition, you can check your current balance at any time on hm.com, at any H&M store or by contacting customer service.
2. Validity.
Each purchase with an H&M gift card is limited to a maximum of € 300. The minimum value for an H&M gift card is € 5. 
The H&M Gift Card is valid for 5 years from the date of the last activation or purchase.
The H&M gift card can be used until the card balance is zero. 
H&M credit cards are valid for 5 years from the date of last activation or purchase. After the expiration date, H&M credit cards cannot be used for purchases nor can any unused balance be refunded.
H&M credit cards can be used as long as the card balance is not zero. 
3. Returns
If you have paid for your order using two different payment methods, we will refund you first for the second payment method. For example, if you paid for your order with a gift card and a credit card, we will refund you first using the credit card. If the value of the article items exceeds the amount paid by credit card, the remainder will be refunded by electronic gift card. The H&M electronic credit card will be emailed to you once the return process is complete.
