Redeemable in H&M stores and online at HM.com. You can use a gift card to pay for your complete purchase or in combination with another payment method.

Shop Online: 

1. Select 'Add gift card' under payment in checkout.

2. Enter the gift card number and PIN code in the pop-up screen.

3. Make sure to click “add” to apply the gift card towards your purchase.

Shop in Stores:

1. Display the gift card number and associated PIN on your mobile device or print it.

2. Present this information to the sales advisor at checkout to type in.

eGift Cards should be processed in the same manner as physical Gift Cards. Manually type in the eGift Card number and the PIN. Follow all other standard policies and procedures for handling Gift Card transactions.
