Redeem by phone: To redeem by phone, call 1-800-USA RAIL (800-872-7245) to book travel. At time of payment, provide agent with the gift card number and PIN. Sales Associate Redemption Instructions: To redeem this gift card please select gift card form of payment. Manually enter the 16-digit gift card number and PIN. If any balance remains on the gift card, return this card to the card holder along with a copy of their gift card receipt.
