  • Redeem In-Store: Please print your eGift card, or present your mobile device at any west elm store in the U.S.
  • Redeem Online: Choose your perfect gift at www.westelm.com. At checkout, please enter your eGift card number and PIN

  • eGift cards should be processed in the same manner as a regular Gift Card tender. When prompted to swipe the Gift Card, scan the eGift card barcode or hand-key the 16-digit eGift Card number.
