Lazada Terms & Conditions
1.e-Gift Card’s validity will be as stated and cannot be cancelled.
2.e-Gift Card is valid for use only once during the validity period.
3.Unredeemed e-Gift Cards will expire after the validity date.
4.e-Gift Card issued shall not be “revalidated" i.e. no validity date changes under any circumstances including in the event of an expired e-Gift Card.
5.e-Gift Card will not be replaced/reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
6.If the value of your order exceeds the value of the e-Gift Card, any outstanding order balance must be paid using a different payment method. If the value of your order is less than the value of the e-Gift Card, the remaining gift card value will be forfeited and not be redeemable.
7.e-Gift Card cannot be used with any other e-gift card in a single order at the time of checkout.
8.e-Gift Card is not a cash voucher.
9.e-Gift Card cannot be refunded or converted into any cash alternatives. No cash alternatives or refund or credit will be offered in lieu of the e-Gift Card Value.
10.e-Gift Cards can be redeemed on the Lazada Malaysia’s platform (either on Lazada website or on Lazada app).
11.No minimum purchase is required on the Lazada’s platform to redeem the e-Gift Card.
12.Only one (1) e-Gift Card can be used for a single purchase.
13.e-Gift Cards cannot be combined and accumulated.
14.Subject to subclause (o) below, e-Gift Card can be redeemed only one (1) time for a single purchase of any goods, but excluding shipping / courier charges.
15.e-Gift Card cannot be redeemed for any digital goods, fine jewellery/gold, baby diapers, baby food, baby formula, tickets, vouchers, mobile top-ups and insurance products. For avoidance of doubt, this is not an exhaustive list and other items may be added to this list from time to time.
16.e-Gift Card may not be combined with other offers or promotions
17.An account has to be created on the Lazada’s platform to redeem the e-Gift Card. Lazada reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the e-Gift Card or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, with or without any prior notice.
