Noon Terms & Conditions
1. The Gift Cards shall be in the form of electronic vouchers and not physical cards.
2. The Credit may be used to purchase all products across all categories on the Platform(s), including sale items.
3. The Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded once the Credit has been redeemed on any of the Platform.
Redemption Process
1. Login or create an account on www.noon.com
2. Go to My Accounts and select Gift Card
3. Tap on Redeem Gift Card. Enter the 16 digit Gift Card number and the 4 digit PIN. Tap on Proceed, the amount will be added to your noon pay cashback balance visible at the payment page.
4. Once redeemed, the amount will be added to the applicable customer’s noon credits wallet. Affiliates
5. Noon Credits can be used on the following digital platforms - noon.com, noon Daily, noon Food (coming soon), Kul.com, and/or SIVVI.com
6. Noon Credits is an alphanumeric code which has an expiry of one-year from the date of issuance.
7. However, once the code has been redeemed, the credits in the customer's wallet have no expiry. Return and Refund
8. If the customer has made a transaction on the noon platform or on the platform of any of its affiliates, and has returned the product, then the qualified refund will be credited to the customers noon credits wallet.
