The ITA Airways Gift Card can be used to purchase any one-way or return flight ticket on the ITA Airways website (taxes and surcharges included). The Gift Card is valid for one year from the time of issue and to fly within 12 months from the time of booking. It is not refundable, not even in the event of theft or loss.
To use the Gift Card select the flights you are interested in at www.ita-airways.com.
During the booking process and during the payment phase enter the Gift Card PIN Code in the respective fields.
Once you have made your choice, simply enter the Gift Card Number and PIN code on the Payment page. In the event that the Gift Card has a higher value than the airline ticket purchased, the Gift Card can be reused several times until it is used up. If the value of your Gift Card is less than the price of the ticket, you can supplement the difference by paying for it with a credit card during booking. The Gift Card can be used with other discount codes and other Gift Cards (maximum allowed 3 Gift Cards only if they cover the total value of the ticket). Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
