With Glovo e-Gift Cards you are not allowed to:

● use the credit to pay for subscriptions (e.g. Glovo Prime) or to purchase new Glovo e-Gift Cards 
● redeem them for cash, resell them for the same value or transfer them to another Glovo account once redeemed.

To redeem your e-Gift Card, you must enter the unique code on the e-Gift Card at the time of purchase when you place your next order and your Glovo account will be debited for the amount of the face value of your e-Gift Card. Otherwise you can enter the code by opening your personal account and clicking on "promotional codes".
Once charged to your Glovo account, the e-Gift Card is non-refundable and non-transferable. If your purchase exceeds the total balance, the remainder of your order must be paid by another accepted payment method in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Service (see: https://glovoapp.com/it/legal/terms/). Glovo is not responsible for any loss, theft or unauthorised use, and if this happens your electronic credit card will not be replaced.
