The Despar Gift Card is issued by Aspiag Service S.r.l. and is expendable exclusively at points of sale in Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna and those indicated on the website www.despar.it/gift-card-despar.
The card can be used until the expiry date indicated on the voucher. At the end of the period of validity, the gift card automatically becomes unusable, non-refundable or replaceable. If the amount of the gift card is not sufficient to cover the full amount of the purchase, it can be integrated with the other means of payment accepted by the point of sale. The gift card is neither changeable nor convertible into cash, it is not rechargeable and does not earn interest. The gift card does not give right to any total or partial refund or replacement in case of non-use, expiry, theft, loss, misuse and/or damage, and cannot be blocked. Aspiag Service S.r.l. will not be responsible for the inability to use the gift card due to technical and system problems.
The purchase of Gift Cards does not involve the accumulation of points/tickets within the loyalty programmes organised by Aspiag Service S.r.l..
