Barbeque Nation Terms & Conditions
1. The guest should present the e-voucher to the restaurant concierge at the time of entry for a seamless experience. - This e-voucher does not imply confirmation of booking. Prior booking through Barbeque Nation App/Web is required for a hassle-free experience.
2. The e-voucher is applicable for Dine-in only. - The e-voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. The guest is advised to retain the e-voucher details safely and share the E-Voucher code responsibly.The bearer of the e-voucher shall be considered the owner of the e-voucher.
4. The e-voucher is valid for one-time redemption only. Any e-voucher which is found redeemed will not be accepted.
5. If the bill exceeds the e-voucher value, an additional amount needs to be paid by the guest.
6. Guest will not be entitled for any cashback/refund in case the bill value is less than the e-voucher value. 7. E-Voucher is valid in all PAN India restaurants. For the list of restaurants, please visit www.barbequenation.com/restaurants.
8. Barbeque Nation Management reserves the right to identify the authenticity of the e-voucher in case of any dispute. The restaurant reserves Right to Admission.
9. Government Taxes and Services Charge as applicable.
10.In case restaurant is non-operational due to government restrictions, political unrest, structural safety precautions, etc., the guest is requested to make alternate bookings.
11. E-Voucher is non-refundable.
12. Maximum 5 e-vouchers applicable in a single bill.

14. E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes, due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 24 hours.
