Voucher hanya dapat digunakan melalui aplikasi MAPClub. Pelanggan wajib mengunduh aplikasi dan menyelesaikan proses pendaftaran untuk menukarkan voucher hadiah elektronik. Pelanggan dengan aplikasi MAPClub yang aktif harus dapat melihat voucher mereka di 'Dompet Saya' di dalam aplikasi MAPClub.
Pastikan jenis perangkat seluler dan sistem operasi Anda kompatibel untuk mengunduh aplikasi MAPClub sebelum membeli voucher.

Voucher e-Gift MAP TIDAK dapat ditukar dengan uang tunai atau voucher fisik.
Tidak ada nilai sisa yang akan diganti jika nilai voucher lebih tinggi dari nilai pembelian barang.
Berlaku untuk pembelian barang dengan nilai lebih tinggi, dengan pembayaran selisih harga, di toko MAP tertentu.
Semua e-Gift Voucher MAP yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat dikembalikan atau diganti oleh mapemall.com, MAPClub atau MAP Gift Voucher
PT MAP Tbk & PT GCommerce Digital Asia tidak bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan voucher secara tidak sah karena kelalaian pemegang voucher dan tidak ada penggantian yang akan diberikan dalam keadaan ini.
Please use voucher before the expiry date. The voucher expiry date will be shown in on the ‘My Wallet’ tab in the MAPClub app.
The vouchers can only be used through the MAPClub app. Customers are obliged to download the app and complete registration process to redeem the electronic gift voucher. Customers with active MAPClub app should be able to see their voucher in ‘My Wallet’ inside the MAPClub app.
Please make sure that your mobile device type and operating system is compatible to download MAPClub app before buying the voucher.

The MAP e-Gift Voucher is NOT exchangeable for cash or for physical vouchers.
No residual value will reimbursed if the voucher value is higher than value of goods purchase.
Valid for purchase for goods of higher value, upon payment of price difference, in selected MAP stores.
All MAP e-Gift Voucher purchased cannot be returned or reimbursed by mapemall.com, MAPClub or MAP Gift Voucher
