INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRENATAL GIFT CARD
The Prénatal gift card is valid for 24 months from its issue and can be used for more than one purchase, until the credit runs out, as well as being able to be combined with other Prénatal gift cards.
Use your gift card in all Prénatal shops in Spain and at www.prenatal.es;
Please note: the Prénatal gift card cannot be converted into cash in part or in full, nor can it be replaced if lost or stolen.
If you use the card to pay for an order online and it is not successfully completed, the amount deducted from the card will be returned in the form of a voucher of equal value that can be used exclusively online.
You can ask for information about your card balance at the cash desk of any Prénatal sales point.
Please note: the gift card cannot be used after the expiry date shown on the coupon.
