1.           Contractual terms

Swish is a Prepaid Virtual Card to be used via App for recharging electric vehicles on charging stations open to the public.

  • Motion and digital zoom
  • Possibility of creating a route to the charging station
  • Specific info on the charging station: Chargin power, Type of connection, availability of the charging station, Charging price applied by the socket

The virtual prepaid card is represented by a unique 8-character alphanumeric code. Each code is associated with a pre-defined monetary value, can only be used once and is valid for 12 months from date of receipt     

The use of the code implies an enrolment and identification process and the insertion of a valid credit card (security back-up for the company owner of the Charging Station)

2.           Conditions for using the code

  • The user receives the code from the distributor together with the link for use:
  • The customer registers at the link provided and enters his credit card. A charge of 1€ is made to check its validity. The amount of 1€ is added to the customer's total available credit.
  • The customer receives a welcome email in which he will find 2 clickable buttons!
    •  A first button allowing to validate the account (verification)
    •  A second button to download the App for using the credit and launching the recharge on the column.
  • Once the App has been downloaded and the credentials entered, the customer will see all the available columns and the spendable credit.
  • Once the vehicle is docked at the column, the customer can launch the charge from the App.
  • From the same App, the customer can:
    • View the current energy level on the vehicle
    • Stop charging (and then unhook the vehicle)
  • At the end of the charging process, the corresponding amount is deducted from the available balance on the App.
