Italo is the first private Italian operator on the high-speed rail network, with a total fleet of 47 trains, including 25 AGVs and 22 new ETR EVOs. Italo's trains, with 116 daily trips, connect 25 cities and 30 stations, on 6 routes: Turin-Salerno; Venice-Naples; Udine-Rome; Brescia-Naples; Bolzano-Rome; and Venice-Milan.
The Italo Gift Card can be used to purchase Italo AV train tickets at www.italotreno.it and Italo Treno APP for mobile devices and at travel agencies.
The Italo Gift Card can be used exclusively to purchase an ITALO AV train ticket and/or ITALO AV train + ITABUS bus ticket in any travel environment, on all commercial offers and for all routes served by Italo, with the exception of Carnet.
In case the ticket has a price higher than the value of the Gift Card, it will be necessary to pay the corresponding difference. In case the ticket has a price lower than the value of the Gift Card, there is no refund of the difference as the Gift Card provides for only one use. In case the Italo Gift Card is partially used, the remaining part cannot be used for a further purchase, cannot be registered as a credit for another trip, and cannot be monetized.
In the event of a change of the travel date, for a day after the Gift Card expires, the value of the Gift Card will no longer be applicable and will be required to be supplemented with another method of payment even for the amount of the Gift Card.
The Italo Gift Card can be used for travel to be made on an Italo AV train within its validity date, is not named, fractional and refundable, not even in case of theft or loss and cannot be combined with other Cards. Italo Gift Cards can only be used to purchase an ITALO AV train and/or ITALO AV train + ITABUS bus ticket. Italo Gift Cards are valid for 6 months.
