This voucher cannot be used directly at the cash desk, it must be converted into a Pre-paid Conad of equal value by presenting the code to the information box of one of the points of sale enabled for the service.

The Conad prepaid card is valid for 12 months, is to be deducted, so it can be used for multiple purchases until the complete exhaustion of the face value. The residual value cannot be converted into cash. It is not rechargeable; at maturity the card is no longer usable; the remaining amount is not refundable or convertible into other prepaid cards.
