Valid activated cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise in any Champneys resort, City Spa and online at champneys.com, which the exception of spa products online. This card may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. No change will be given, but the balance will remain on the card.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months, after which they expire and cannot be extended, any balance remaining will be deducted.

Champneys cannot be held liable for cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged. Champneys is not responsible for any unauthorised use of these cards.
